2016 Strategic Plan

In early 2016 the CCEDC Board of Director and members of the business community took part in a Strategic Planning Session with the help of the Institute for Decision Making at the University of Northern Iowa.

This plan will be used as a road map to revitalizing the board of directors as well as give us a direction with economic development efforts. As we complete items in the plan, we will then be able to add new ones.

Some of the more pressing matters to begin will be the re-organization of the board of directors, updating the bylaws and other administrative items.
